HELP! - I accepted/ installed an automatic update to RedNotebook and now the app is not functioning - it has square boxes instead of text.
How do I fix this problem?

Please provide additional details including your OS version and 32v64 bit, full install path, etc. Also please try temporarily installing a fresh copy to a custom directory like your Desktop to see if the base install is working properly.
