[Fixed] GIMP: leaves gtk-2.0folder in LOCALAPPDATA

- leaves gtk-2.0 folder in LOCALAPPDATA
(contains file "gtkfilechooser.ini".)

FYI..for those that want to fix manually:
- Add: gtk-2.0=%LOCALAPPDATA%\gtk-2.0
- Under [DirectoriesMove]

Fixed in 2.8.8

This is fixed in GIMP Portable 2.8.8
