Advertising my ignorance: PAC Installer Manual?

I've tried phrasing the Google Search in several ways, I've wondered around <portableapps.com>. Finally, I just have to ask:
Is there anything like a manual, or documentation, for the PortableApps.com Installer?

Basically, you need to get your app into PortableApps.com Format and then point the installer to that directory. There are some installer directives you can issue in the installer.ini that are a part of the format, but for the most part it's just select the directory and go.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
